Bring your mind, body, and spirit together with Yoga! On October 4th and 5th, Certified Yoga Instructor Gary Sherman will lead two workshops at 10:00 a.m. at the Foothills Library.
Yoga is an ancient Hindu practice for improving health, reducing stress, and increasing balance and flexibility. There is no charge to attend the workshops.

This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Learn basic poses and breathing techniques.
Wednesday, October 5th @ 10:00 a.m.
Learn beginners’ poses and relaxation techniques. Please bring your own mat or towel.
