How to Participate
KIDS-Read 5 books and you’ll receive a prize bag and an entry into the drawing for a grand prize. For every additional 5 books you read, you’ll receive an extra entry towards winning a grand prize, a gift card to Walmart or Barnes & Noble!
TEENS- Read 8 books or complete a combination of reading books and attending library programs. Turn in two completed logs for a prize and an entry into the end of summer raffle. Complete additional logs for multiple chances to win!
ADULTS- Read 5 books and be entered into the drawing for a $25 gift card. Complete additional logs for multiple chances to win!
WILDMAN PHIL brings live reptiles and comedy to Yuma County Libraries June 25th – 28th!
Enjoy interactive storytimes with ARIZONA RICK, THE BALLOON COWBOY, and his amazing balloon creations July 9th – 12th!

Summer Feeding Program
Yuma Union High School District will continue providing meals for local children this summer. Through the U.S. Department of Agriculture Summer Food Service Program, which YUHSD implemented in 2001, any child under 18 can participate for free. There are no income or registration requirements. All food must be consumed on-site.
The Summer Feeding Program is available from June 3rd – July 19th.
Main Library, MON-FRI 11:30am-1:00pm (lunch); 1:05pm-1:30pm (snack)
San Luis Library, TUES-FRI 11:30am-1:00pm (lunch); 1:05pm-1:30pm (snack)
Antelope Union High School District, in collaboration with the Roll & Dateland libraries, will provide free sack lunches for children. Adults may purchase a sack lunch for $2, but must have correct change. Lunches must be consumed on-site.
