Teens and tweens can attempt to become masters of physics by participating in the 1st Annual Egg Drop Contest at the Main Library! On Saturday, November 10th, attend a workshop to craft your Egg Protection Cradle (EPC) at 11:00 a.m. Everyone will be limited to the same supplied materials with which to build their EPC. Then, subject the EPC (with the egg enclosed) to the cruel reality of gravitational force from the balcony!
The contest is open to young adults ages 13-18. There is no charge to attend.
The Main Library is located at 2951 S 21st Drive. For more information, call (928) 782-1871.
