Enjoy spine-tingling tales at the Foothills Library! On Saturday, October 20th teens ages 14-19 are invited to hear ghost stories and participate in a costume contest from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Contest categories include best costume based on a character from a book, most creative costume, and scariest costume. There is no charge to attend.
