On Friday, February 23rd, Kweiman Yang, Professor of Mathematics at Arizona Western College, will present “Chinese Language and Culture: Lantern Festival” at 3:00 p.m. at the Foothills Library. Learn more about the celebration of the Lantern Festival in Taiwan, and make your own paper lantern! There is no charge to attend.
