On Tuesday, February 26th, the Main Library will host “Danzón, México, and More” at 2:00 p.m. Danzón is the official musical genre and dance of Cuba. It is also an active musical form in Mexico, where it continues to be taught, danced, and cultivated. Learn more about this important element in the cultural life of México. After the presentation, enjoy a performance by Grupo de Danzón del CEART Méxicali! All ages welcome. There is no charge to attend.
