On Thursday, March 10th, local belly dance troupe Banat Tabla will perform at 6:00 p.m. at the San Luis Library. All ages are welcome to enjoy this graceful, energetic performance.
Banat Tabla is a belly dance troupe from Yuma, Arizona whose members have performed at festivals and intensives throughout the western United States and internationally. They can be seen at local events such as the Two Rivers Renaissance Faire and the annual student showcase for Yuma Parks and Recreation and AWC classes. The dancers perform not only traditional and modern oriental styles of belly dance, but also the American Tribal Style, Fusion, and a combination of belly dance and modern dance in their fire and light shows. The dancers of Banat Tabla are dedicated to assuring their audiences of a fun and highly enjoyable show with their joyful and energetic style.
