On Thursday, January 3rd, the Yuma County Cooperative Extension will present “East African Farming Practices” at 4:00 p.m. at the Main Library. Learn how the farmers of East Africa manage water, conserve soil, and address other agricultural challenges similar to those faced in the Desert Southwest.
