On Friday, July 3rd, children of all ages are invited to a special “Frozen in the Summer” Day at the San Luis Library! Make your own ice crystals, snowflakes, and bubbles at 1:00 p.m. At 2:00 p.m., make your own delicious snow cone! There is no charge to attend.
