The Yuma County Library District is requesting proposals for the purchase of mobile app, online catalog, and website system and related installation, training and support services.
Request for Proposal packets containing specifications may be picked up in the Library District Administration, located on the second level of the Main Library, 2951 S. 21st Drive, Yuma, AZ, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. RFP packets will also be available on our website www.yumalibrary.org.
Questions regarding the contents of the Request for Proposal must be submitted via email NO LATER than March 5, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. Arizona Time to Daniel Paz, IT Manager, at daniel.paz@yumalibary.org. All questions and answers of a substantive nature will be posted on the Yuma County Main Library’s website www.yumalibrary.org.
Responses are due on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. local time, and should be delivered in person or U.S. mailed to:
