Stargazers can enjoy the cosmos at the Foothills Library! The library’s astronomy group will meet on Thursday, July 9th, 16th, and 30th in the Foothills Library parking lot (weather permitting). Lawn chairs, binoculars, and telescopes welcome!

Once in a Blue Moon
Let’s celebrate the second full moon this month! Join us for a solar photography demonstration from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Afterwards, catch the Blue Moon rising 7:00-9:00 pm. Bring your smart phone camera and take pictures through our telescopes!
Telescopes will be provided courtesy of the Friends of the Foothills Library. There is no charge to attend.
