In June 2023, YCLD upgraded its catalog system. From 5PM on Friday, July 7th – Monday, July 10th, the catalog will be offline as we initiate Phase 2 of this process. Please refer to the FAQs below in regards to services that will be affected.
I would like to place a book on hold?
We are unable to place any holds; however, we can search the shelves for the item you are looking for.
I returned some items and I would like to check my account?
Unfortunately, we cannot access your account while the catalog is offline. We can assure you that all returns will be accounted for. You are more than welcome to call us back after July 10th to check on your account.
I had some items for a while and I would like to renew them?
We are unable to renew items while the catalog is offline.
I would like to sign up for a library card?
We cannot create any new cards until after July 10th.
I want to check out items but don’t have my library card?
As we are not able to look up accounts while the catalog is offline; you will need to have your library card present to check out materials.
I can’t access my Hoopla account, I forgot my password.
