Tax Forms in the Library

Yuma County Libraries has limited quantities of paper tax forms and instruction booklets available. Forms and instructions can also be printed from public computers. Library staff can assist with printing tax forms, but are unable to offer tax advice or suggest which tax forms you need.

Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
The IRS official site has information on filing federal taxes and quick links for common needs including forms and instructions.  Follow the link for information on Free File and e-File options. The site is available in many languages. For telephone assistance, call 1-800-829-1040.

Arizona Department of Revenue
The Arizona tax site has links to state forms along with information on filing, paying and receiving refunds. You can reach the Arizona Department of Revenue @ Customer Care (602) 255-3381

Tax Preparation Help

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide
AARP Foundation Tax-Aide offers free tax preparation help to moderate-low income taxpayers, especially those 60 and older.

VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) and TCE (Tax Counseling for the Elderly) offer FREE preparation and e-filing of Federal and Colorado State income taxes for low-income taxpayers and the elderly.
