Availability

- Study Rooms are free and open to the public. A library card is not required.

- Study Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are highly encouraged.

- A Study Room can be reserved for 1-3 hours per day, depending on library location and availability. The room may be used beyond that length of time, but it is open to reservation by another patron.
Reservations

- Reservations may be made in person, by phone, or via e-mail.

- Reservations can be made the day of, or up to 2 weeks in advance (including recurring reservations).

- If you are more than 10 minutes late, the booking will be cancelled.

- Preference is given to groups of 3 or more for large study rooms.
Guidelines

- The library is not responsible for the security of personal items.

- Furniture is not to be re-arranged or moved in/out of a study room except by authorized staff.

- Windows are to remain uncovered.

- Study rooms are not soundproof. In consideration to others, use of headphones is recommended.

- No food is allowed in study rooms. Drinks must be in a spill-proof container. Patrons must leave study rooms clean and trash free.

- Patrons may be asked to leave the study rooms or the library for inappropriate behavior or failure to follow Study Room Guidelines or Library Rules and Regulations.

- Library Staff has the discretion to modify or cancel a study room reservation as necessary.
