eCARD Online User Registration
Welcome to the Yuma County Library District online user registration. The easiest and fastest way to get a card. Any Yuma County resident can apply online for an eCard. An eCard gets you a limited card with access to all of our Digital Media and Online Resources without coming in to the Library! Complete the form below to get your YCLD eCard.
This card will remain active for 30 days. To complete this process and acquire a physical library card, simply visit one of our library locations with identification and proof of address.
