REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Foothill’s Branch Library - Rooftop AC Units Replacement

The Yuma County Library District is accepting proposals for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, professional services, permits, fees, and taxes necessary to complete the referenced project.
Request for Proposal packets containing specifications may be picked up in the Library District Administration, located on the second level of the Main Library, 2951 S. 21st Drive, Yuma, AZ, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. RFP packets may be found online at www.yumalibrary.org or http://www.yumacountyaz.gov/rfp.
A site tour will be held on March 9, 2026, at 8:00 A.M. at the Foothills Branch Library, 13226 E. South Frontage Rd., Yuma, Arizona 85367.
Questions regarding the contents of the Request for Proposal must be submitted via email NO LATER than March 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Arizona Time to Daniel Marron, Library District Maintenance Supervisor, at daniel.marron@yumalibrary.org. All questions and answers of a substantive nature will be posted on the Yuma County Main Library’s website www.yumalibrary.org.
Responses are due on March 27, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. local time, and should be delivered in person or U.S. mailed to:
